Please note: It would be rare if you had a problem with your purchase, and I like to think you will be fully satisfied, as the artwork always looks better than I can show on line.
- I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason the painting does not meet your expectations, you can return it. The return must reach me within 14 Days!
- The cost of return postage will be down to you, as will the packaging, the original packing should be adequate providing the tear off tab was used correctly, the returned painting must reach me in the same condition as you received it, as I will have to resell.
- As soon as the return is received you will be credited with the cost of the painting less my original postage cost which was inclusive in the price you paid.
- If your painting comes to you damaged, you will be credited for the full amount,,some proof of damage via a photo will be required.
- If you do not receive your order, after initial enquiries to the delivery service, you will of course be credited, please note this can take a little time as this is dependant on how fast the delivery company takes to check their system.
- Please make sure when ordering you have submitted the correct postage details, as information is always copied onto the address label and no responsibility will be accepted if you do otherwise.
